IMO it isn't a matter of gay or straight. People need to stop messing around with nature. IVF only has a slight chance of working. It is nothing but a money maker. I keep saying one of these days between sex changes, IVF and other reproductive methods, and plastic surgery, it will catch up with us.

So the childs grandmother is also the mother and his father is his brothers husband, and the child has two gay dads.

It sounds like a lot of inbredding, perhaps a banjo might be a good first birthday present.

All I can do is wish the poor little mite all the best in life, because it already has issues that are gong to require a lot of therapy later in life.

You missed one connection. The grandmother’s daughter was the egg donor.

So his Aunt is the mother, the grandmother gave birth to the child, it has two gay dads, one of whom is the child's counsin, the other of whom is the child's father.

Does it make it any better.

When your dad is your cousin and your Aunt is your mother, it's time to reach for that Banjo.

This used to happen all the time when a young woman got pregnant and a family member would raise the child as their own to save her the embarrassment.

Really, for some reason, this doesn’t bother me. The mother and sister must have loved the son/brother and his husband and thought they would be good parents, or they wouldn’t have gone to so much trouble and risk. I think it was a kind and giving act.

There are many cases in which older women have carried babies for their daughters. Apparently, even after we old girls have lost our eggs, our uteruses are still good to go. There was a case like this in Ohio where a grandmother carried twins for her daughter who could not. The grandmother and babies were fine.
