Depending on how that student acquired that photo, she shouldn't be fired. She should be allowed to send all the topless photos to her boyfriends. The issue is where and how this student got them.

Reps to all of you!
Unless the teacher sent them to the student, or was grossly negligent while at school and that allowed the student to gain access, this is not a fire-able offense, IMO.
There wouldn't have been a picture for the guy to leak if she hadn't sent him one. So she is guilty of very poor judgment.
I also noticed that she's wearing a cross in the picture. Given that the Christian religion has plenty of teachings about modesty and the like, it's pretty clear that she's not taking her professed religion very seriously.
That said, the guy who (presumably) leaked the picture is a scumbag at the very least. I don't know if the laws about invasion of privacy include sharing pictures that were willingly provided to you, so he may or may not be guilty of an actual crime. (Pending any information on whether or not he was involved in transmitting that picture to the student.) But he's certainly not a fine, upstanding human being. If the woman is going to face any legal sanction for this, the man should too.
I do concur with the other posters who have found the woman to be attractive. But to paraphrase a well-known saying: beauty is skin deep, but modesty and self-respect and good judgment go to the core.
The bible only calls for modest dress in a church assembly... Outright public nudity is fine biblically. That's just the Puritans you've been listening to.
Which is the root of this whole issue at a societal level. Women should be just as free to go topless as men. And in some cities that is the case.

Yes, they are trying to instill in young kids, that the human body is 'nasty, dirty, evil', and should be covered up at all times, shield their eyes from seeing it!
If you really feel there is no difference, have a bunch of your female relatives and male relatives walk down the street with their shirts off and see if there are consequences for all of them or none of them.
She shouldn’t have been fired . This was on her own time between two consenting adults. He’s the one who shared the photo with someone else and then it was out there. I’m sure most of those boys in that school district have seen breasts before. Yes the teacher is attractive but she doesn’t deserve to lose her job. Meanwhile the principal and most of the husbands are probably ogling that photo any chance they get. What hypocrisy. No wonder there’s a teacher shortage. Who wants a career where you can’t have any life of your own outside of working hours .

I'd be willing to bet she wins her suit, at worse she gets her job back.

Legally it will be ruled that it is discrimination.
