My husband was telling me that the other day. Something like 20-ish years before they turned a profit. What he couldn't understand was how the Amazon investors didn't pull the plug.
Most people don't recall Amazon was an on line book store in the beginning. It took years for them to even get established and if you could get Bezo tax returns from that time you's describe him as a complete failure / loser.
Even today Liberal Hero Bezo pays no Income tax. He has write offs like the income Losing Washington Post that is an expense and write off.
Like Trump, it would take an Army of CPA's and Attorneys to understand Bezo's Tax filings and understand why he takes advantage of all his writeoffs and tax advantages.
It's why Tax returns should be private and stay in the hands of the IRS only.
What I want to know is how do politicians get rich while in office? Let's start investigating them.
