Well Republicans think we need to be a fundamentalist Christian version of Iran and everyone should be forced to conform to fundamentalist Christian societal norms. Anybody who does not conform and submit to the sectarian authorities is not tolerated.
Say what you want about this one unique guy who wants to present himself as a dog, but he is much less dangerous than the rightist fanatics who buy guns and present themselves as Dirty Harry.

I'm calling BS on this. Don't you live in CA ? I think there is something like .006% in the SF area that have CCW's... so chances of you running into a person carrying is very slim first off. Second, if they are brandishing their firearm that is a crime. Have you witnessed that ? If you've been in other areas of the country have you ran into someone pretending to be Dirty Harry ? Just curious.

Complete and utter bull#### but you already know that. Anything short of open celebration and endorsement of the the kind of delusion described in the story the OP linked is considered being "forced to conform to fundamentalist Christian societal norms" by disingenuous projecting nuts on the left. Sane normal people know you're projecting your belief in sectarian authorities on the right so you're not fooling anyone except people already inclined to want to believe such bull####.
There may have been a time a few decades ago when the Christian right was a threat to impose their rigid rules on society but that time is well past us. It's the authoritarian left that is an imminent threat to freedom of speech and freedom of association in this country. From doxing the Covington kids, to forcibly banning (if necessary) conservatives from speaking on college campuses, to forcing Christian bakers out of business or even arresting them out of spite for offering a cake but refusing to openly participate in a gay wedding ceremony against their religious beliefs when dozens of other bakeries would gladly offer their services the left is bound and determined to impose their authoritarian will on anyone who doesn't fall in line.

Wish you were a girl? Go ahead and be one. We'll change all the rules that normal society lives by (and has since time immemorial) to cater to your silliness. And pretend you have some legitimate claim on people's attention, tolerance, and common sense.

A 'human pup' who says he has never felt like a man eats his meals out of a dog bowl, wears a dog mask and often barks at, licks and bites friends.
Shrug, whatever. Has zero affect on me.
