Sounds like a great way to get a sports scholarship. You can always evolve back once you get your degree.
Oh noes I got multiple full rides and I had SO much trouble choosing a college, especially debating on that women's one. I finally settled on one and graduated but my liberal arts classes were so hard and made me so emotional that I think I wanna be a man again. But I'm glad I at least got my two BA degrees in basket weaving and horse riding.
My rule on which sex you compete as would be: If you are currently or within a certain requisite amount of time been under the influence of testosterone (whether natural or artificial) in normal male quantities then you must compete as a male. Otherwise you may compete as the gender you identify with.
So you think hormones are the only biological difference between males and females? It’s not. My rule would be if you were born male, you can’t compete in women’s sports, period.

Exactly. Testosterone is not the only physical difference .
Born a male, compete in make sports or form and alternate league. Do not compete in female sports.

That's why I said "requisite amount of time" - I'll let others be the judge there (whether that be no waiting period, never since puberty, or something in between).
That will be it for school sponsored sports. Private associations will be created.
