That's a great question.

If we had the full report we might be able to know that because I assume the report would include dates/timeline for interviews etc.

To court we go!
Maybe - but the Democrats already KNOW a Court case is certain to fail.
They asked for a Report from the Congressional Research Service (CSR), which was updated on April 9, 2019. Not only that - but there was a Court case just a few weeks ago to get Grand Jury Testimony (Rule 6-e) which is not available by Law and 2 Federal Judges ruled they can't have it.

Do Courts Have Inherent Authority to Release Secret Grand Jury Materials? |Congressional Research

Updated April 9, 2019
UPDATE 4/9/2019: On April 5, 2019, the three-judge panel in McKeever ruled that federal courts lack “inherent authority” to authorize the disclosure of grand jury matters in circumstances not covered by an explicit exception set out in Rule 6(e) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. It thus appears that, for the time being, the panel’s decision has closed off one potential avenue for Congress to obtain grand jury material in federal court in the District of Columbia (though the decision could always be reheard en banc or overturned by the Supreme Court). That said, as the McKeever decision notes, Congress previously was successful in obtaining grand jury materials pursuant to the Rule 6(e) exception for disclosure “preliminarily to or in connection with a judicial proceeding” on the theory that an authorized impeachment inquiry is preliminary to such a proceeding. That avenue appears to remain available to Congress after McKeever. Furthermore, Congress has in the past taken the position that it possesses independent constitutional authority to obtain grand jury materials regardless of the applicability of any Rule 6(e) exceptions—i.e., that the rule of grand jury secrecy simply does not apply to Congress when it is acting within the “sphere of legitimate legislative activity.” But while two courts have appeared to agree with that position, the Department of Justice (and some other courts) have contested it.

There is one avenue the Democrats can take to get this testimony they seem to want.
They can file articles of Impeachment NOW .... then they will have some precedent for their Court case.

Are they willing to do that?? I'm doubtful.

The Bottom Line appears clear -- there was NEVER any Russian Collusion and yet ......
Leadership in the Democrat Party AND the Leftist Media guaranteed that there was Trump Collusion with Russia. They called him a Traitor, said it was Treason, said he stole the election .... and the did it for over 2 years. They LIED.

Why do they want to dig into the Mueller report for some sort of "dirt".
They think they can use the Mueller Report as Opposition Research in the 2020 Election.

THAT is disgusting after everything they have put this Nation through in their Hysterical Meltdown.

They've done this several times over the last few years. One time in the Obama admin over something important, can't recall the actual document.
And this is what the Dems were asking for all along -- that there should be some in Congress -- both sides of the aisle that have access to the full report.

This is a good thing.

If Schiff needs to be taken out of his job for lying then so does Nunes.

Edit: They all lie so we can clear all of Congress out.

Exactly. For those who have sided with the right, opinions haven't changed. For those on the left who have been spoon fed fact after fact, they will refuse to believe anything that deviates from their hatred of Trump.

The left's refusal and denial of facts, and their response & behavior to these facts, will just mean more positivity for the right because independents & moderates will continue to fall away from liberal candidates going forward. As someone who has never been party affiliated, my opinion of the left and their embarrassing actions will weigh heavily in future elections at every level.

Is the whole report being released today? I heard in another thread that it contains volumes and volume 1 is only about collusion. Does this mean parts pertaining to obstruction aren't being released today?

AND Barr also more than just implied that it is likely Trump obstructed justice -- but out of frustration.

So that's like saying you walked out of the store with the clothes you wanted to buy because you were frustrated with the wait times in the cashier line.

Obstruction of justice is 100% about being frustrated by the legal process. That's the definition of the crime.

Barr didn't do himself or Trump any good this morning.
