Is that why you are trying to get rid of it?
After all, military trials of civilians (as you've called for) is one of the hallmarks of a dictatorship. No one who believes in democracy would EVER propose that.

Additionally, it's a significant reason why many folks are citing Mr. Mueller's report as a 'tipping point' in their decision making process.

Mr. Trump's reactions & behavior, following the redacted report, while not unexpected, are not helping his case.

If it is proven that citizens of this country purposely attempted to subvert and continued to sabotaged an election result in which Trump won fair and square under the rules and laid traps for him and his people rather than support the new President and continued to subvert with other countries his goals then absolutely without any doubt they should be stripped of their citizenship tried by tribunals reserved for traitors and if found guilty hung or shot publicly.

That's what liberty demands.
