Conway is a lying blowhard. Republican lawyers are not as stupid as he thinks. There's nothing whatsoever troubling about the conduct Mueller reported.

Seeing as how letting "brown people" in is racist, keeping them out is the right thing to do. Why do you support aggression? Why are you taking this off topic?

Strange.

That's retarded. Truth and falsity are independent of Mueller's or Weissman's opinion. And the truth is that the facts stated on the report provide no basis for concluding Trump committed any obstruction crimes. In other words, he was cleared, and those 31% are much smarter than the moron you quoted.

Insults and lies are still all you have to offer?

The Mueller report clearly stated Trump was not exonerated, and documented evidence of obstruction of justice in at least 10 areas.

Report also pointed out that it was up to Congress to hold Trump accountable as the AG/DOJ had no intention of doing so.

Once againcontext is everything

Anyone knows the president has wide latitude to fire WH staffers and cabinet members

The crucial questions is WHY that is being done

Firing someone to obstruct justice is a very different case/cause than firing someone who HIMSELF or HERSELF has committed a crime (say sexual harassment or vehicular manslaughter or child abuse or taking bribes from lobbyists or tax fraud) or even just proving incompetent to do a good job

"And you failed Civicsthe President does NOT have the final decision on what investigations can and cannot be done."YES he does! Sorry to burst your TDS bubble.

That doesn't change the fact that he obstructed justice (even if legally he can do so). The ONLY reason he was able to do that was because of his position as President. If ANYONE ELSE had taken action to stop an investigation they would have been charged.
Trump is not innocent of criminal behavior - Mueller declined to say he was. He just got away with it because he's President. Pretty messed up - and totally corrupt.

Ken

"That doesn't change WHY he did it." "for ANYTHING of NOTHING"!

"That doesn't change the fact that he obstructed justice" IF it is a FACT, Mueller would have ASKED for INDICTMENTS.

I guess by YOUR DEFINITION it's "juvenile" to have the facts on your side eh?
LOL

I note how you "conveniently" ignored the rest of the quote from a scientist group"

"2 years before Medicare was enacted, about 75 percent of adults under age 65 had hospital insurance coverage, while the corresponding figure for persons 65 years of age and over was only 56 percent"

Why did the numbers go up? Companies figured it was less expensive to carry healthcare insurance into RETIREMENT when gov't insurance was available.

Trump has NO sense of humor
Apparently cant tell a joke or take one...so sarcasm isnt really something he is familiar with

You obviously havent paid attention to the premise that constrained Mueller and why Mueller couldnt indict Trump
Mueller is working with one hand tied behind his backthe OLC memo that states a sitting president cant be indicted for a crime while in office....

If he cant be indicted while in office then putting his name in public with accusations of crimes is also not allowed under DoJ policies
That is why in the SDNY case against Cohen Trump is not namedalthough he certainly is KNOWN by what Cohens statements and the SDNY indictments do state

People just didnt think ahead to how Mueller was going to be boxed in by DoJ policies
Since Mueller is not the kind of person to break with tradition and policy, he wasnt going to challenge the OLC dictumeven though it is NOT a law but only a guideline/suggestion that has never been challenged for legal correctness before...

Mueller left it to Congress to deal with Trump
Unfortunately the GOP shackled Senate has backed off any semblance of dealing with any of Trumps bits of malfeasance and obviously wont start now...
