Mueller's letter was dated 3/27. Barr testified before Congress on 4/10 that he did not know whether Mueller agreed with his "summary" or not. Barr committed provable perjury, and Nadler just tweeted as much. Read it for yourself.
except in the Washington Post article it says Mueller found the summary to be not be inaccurate
