Yes, the Republicans will spin this report out of control. Nothing is ever Trumps fault. He is never guilty. Trump is delusional and so are his followers.
This report required me to either believe the President was very good at dodging responsibility for his campaign working with Wikileaks, meetings with Russians, sharing polling data, ect.

Say, for example, that Biden, or whoever, hired a campaign manager who coordinated things with China,
polling data, strategy, etc. with agents of the Chinese government. Say the Chinese government operated "troll farms" sending out anti-Trump messages on every platform.
To put it succinctly, Mueller found that Trump repeatedly asked members of his administration to take actions that would clearly constitute obstruction of justice but they refused to do so.
By protecting themselves from possible obstruction of justice charges these officials were also protecting Trump from the legal consequences of his own stupidity.
What was Clinton trying to do by hiring Fusion GPS then? Creating a scrapbook for her coffee table?
