I'm watching his town hall right now and I can't believe how little substance he has. All he is doing is giving candy out to children. When asked how to pay for it he starts going into bernieland, blaming Amazon, blaming Trump, blaming everyone. Not one solid plan on how his candy will be paid for.

Do as I say, not as I do. I'll give 3.4% and will gladly redistribute 90+% of your income. - Benard "3-homes - combed my hair with a balloon" Sanders.

Can you answer the question Kitty?
This topic is about Bernie, but you knew that.

I answered the question. You simply can't deal with the answer so you make it about me.

It just strikes me odd that someone who is focused on helping low income or needy people would be proud of the fact that he doesn't give a penny to charity! My parents neighbors are the same way.....they are leftists and also brag they they haven't given a penny to charity in 20 years. I just don't get it.
Oh, I get it. They're only generous with advocating and spending other people's money. It's a way of cleansing their conscience of their own personal greed. Hypocrites that they are.

Have you noticed how they squealed like stuck pigs when Trump suggested he might send the illegal invaders to sanctuary cities and states? Pelosi's reaction speaks volumes.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says rounding up immigrants and shipping them to sanctuary cities is "disrespectful" to the nation's challenges.

The California Democrat was asked Friday for her thoughts on reports that the White House had considered sending immigrants to places like New York and Pelosi's San Francisco that don't cooperate with federal immigration officials. Pelosi says the idea is "just another notion that is unworthy of the presidency of the United States and disrespectful of the challenges we face."--https://www.sfgate.com/politics/article/Nancy-Pelosi-Trump-s-proposal-to-send-migrants-13763509.php

Yes, such hypocrites.

What I don't get is how people BRAG that they don't give a penny to charity while flaunting their "liberalism" as proof that they care about the less fortunate. OPM!

That's really the bottom line. They can make all the excuses they want for the little Communist curmudgeon but they can't erase that fact.

If you don't get there are a ton of ways to care about the less fortunate besides virtue signalling via. donations to charity, then that's unfortunate.

How is giving to charity virtue signaling? Nobody even knows what I give or to whom.

And now you're actually CRITTICIZNG generous people who donate to needy causes as virtue signalers? Maybe that makes you feel better about the fact that you're not giving.
