That’s not difficult. Just do the same thing that every other first world nation has done.

Yes, taxes would go up, but your health insurance premiums would go from $1000/month down to zero. If you currently get health insurance through your employer, your employer will pay you dollars instead of healthcare benefits as part of your negotiated compensation.

You would actually have *more* money in your paycheck every month, assuming that universal healthcare can be made cheaper than private insurance. It’s theoretically possible to do; other rich countries have done it. The USA pays the most for healthcare by far, with only average results.

By taxing the crap out of everyone.

Remember, socialism is the equal sharing of misery.

Yeah, I didn't think so.

FYI, talking out of your backside isn't putting out great policy ideas, it's lying to people to get their votes.

Trump on the other hand put out ideas, and then in two years has fulfilling more campaign promises than any other President has in their 4-8 years.
It appears that the first part of his plan is to simply lie about the cost. Tell people that it will cost less than half of what every other study has estimated so it has a better chance of passing, then retire and let some other schlub try to figure out how to pay for it.

If they don’t, it means you are taking a large pay cut. Your benefits package is part of your pay. If you suffer a massive pay cut, you quit your job and take your talents elsewhere. That’s the free market, right?

Freebies do tend to excite people. However, most people stuck footing the bills for the freebies feel differently.

How many tens of millions of bodies have to pile up before you admit socialism is a failure?

How am I lying? The mad scientist wants “free” stuff for everyone with no idea how to pay for it other than to raise taxes as high as he can get away with. If the unforeseen happens and he does park his wrinkly ass in the White House, no way any of his socialist ideas gets past the senate.
