He has shown himself to be mean and spiteful and only President to people who are his base.
So yes he likes to be as cruel as he can.
(But I live in a red state and I don't see where I received any lower taxes either.)

LOL... You have to pay taxes to receive a tax break. Welcome to the 47%.

If you filed a tax return this year and and payed taxes your tax bracket should have been much lower.

Both me and my husband work and always have. No tax break.

Actually, we had a valid ballot measure on same and decided we wanted to pay the bills. Imagine that. Intelligent voters who want to pay the costs of the commons....

Hard to believe - but true.

Oh, don't worry - Rick Scott is working in the US Senate to come up with the Republican plan.

Did I tell you he was Gov. of Fl. for eight years? And that Florida is #47 in Health Care among states? Or that his company (he was CEO) was convicted of defrauding the Government for billions in health care money?

Yep - that guy. He'll come up with a great plan to "Make America Florida Again".

Down here they use Fix-a-Flat to enhance butts......cheap and effective surgery. No kidding. We also were, by far, the leading state for pill mills. They called I-75 the "Hillbilly highway" as thousands came down to score vast quantities and then go back and help out their fellow residents back in the hollows.

Nobody. Those places are more expensive because that's where all the jobs are.

CA has a top income tax rate of 12.3%, and a 1% surcharge on incomes over $1 million/yr.

One would think that, but intelligence<>wisdom. As Orwell said: "Some ideas are so stupid that only intellectuals believe them."

The whole west coast has been turned into a garbage dump after years of spending billions on homelessness. The response: we need more spending on homelessness.
