There's so much information that it's handy to have some tidy reminders and overviews.

The Episodes of Potential Obstruction of Justice by Trump in the Mueller Report
Here are the key moments in the investigation into whether President Trump obstructed justice

By Michael S. Schmidt and Maggie Haberman

Regardless of whether Mr. Trump should have been prosecuted, the episodes show a president seeking to use his power to insulate himself from a sprawling investigation that examined ties between his campaign and Russia.

The Episodes of Potential Obstruction
It doesn't meet the Elements of Proof, and the writer is either unfamiliar with, or deliberately misleading about the Elements of Proof. The guy's been watching way too many Law & Order shows, or the horrendous Chicago PD.

He claims Trump obstructed by misrepresenting his contacts with Russia, except the Elements of Proof require those misrepresentations to be in the form of documentary material, answers to written interrogatories, or oral testimony (which is under oath).

Being a lib today must be like living in some virtual reality machine, in which the fantastic and ridiculous is not only probable, but likely.

beginning of article:

"Robert S. Mueller III, the special counsel, examined an array of actions President Trump took in office that could have constituted obstruction of justice, ...."

Lot of things "could have" happened, but didn't, such as Mueller finding any evidence of Trump's collusion with Russia to influence the 2016 election. There's no evidence, so there's no indictment. In order to obstruct justice, there has to be a crime. What's the crime?

But you leftists just can't get that hook out of your mouth, can you? And you swallow with gusto whatever the NYT gives you to swallow. Critical thought has long been replaced with cognitive dissonance paired with the internal mantra of "Orange man bad" that gets louder and louder and louder in your heads. It's amazing to watch leftists cling to each successive attempt to bring Trump down. Oh, and ending in failure doesn't faze them at all. Surely he is guilty of something! So they continue with their endless persecution based on the fact that HRC lost and that just simply could not happen in their version of reality.

Leftists are a joke.

Is the now thoroughly discredited NYT still going on about the Mueller Report?

Trump was found innocent. The only crime committed was by Democrats.

That is one side of opinion on it. There is another side.

Where is proof of corrupt intent ? Proof is missing as there are other reasons for Trump's actions.

This is just another thread of anti-Trumpers screaming at the sky.

Does numbering your grievances make them more authoritative? What if you count them out on your fingers as you list them?

There are crimes laying on the ground around him all over the place. These were handed off by Mueller to the appropriate districts to deal with. That being said, it is very interesting that Michael Cohen is the one going to prison as an accomplice to Trump's crime. Trump can very well go to jail as well once he leaves office which is why he will do anything possible to cling to the cover of the office.

Well they're clearly delusional in the very literal sense of the word. I've come to realize that Michael Savage was insightful and prescient when he published his book entitled Liberalism is a Mental Disorder. How so very right he was!

Deleting 33000 subpoenaed emails on an illegal private server, many classified; wiping the server clean with a software program, smashing up cell phones with hammers. Destroying evidence is obstruction. Guess who did that?

Loony Leftists love the two-tier justice system.
