Nupe! Not true. It is not a Generation thing. Where do you live?? I very rarely see white teens acting up. I always see black teens doing it. It is like many of you already stated. Lack of a good household.
Yet you are for unlimited illegal immigration, the bringing in of people for the purpose of ultra-cheap labor.
The black inner city youths are being denied jobs, the globalist corporations could be doing a lot to provide jobs and job training, but they are only after a quick profit, it's cheaper to bring in desperate third world workers -- cheaper in the short run that is, but that's all they care about.
Well...where I live in the boring little city of North Little Rock, AR...a lot of the white kids are the ones getting in trouble for acting like idiots in the movie theatre and skate boarding everywhere (not that I have a problem with kids who skate board).
In any case, let's just stop the generalizing and realize that people of all shades commit crimes and it's not like blacks are just genetically programmed to be criminals or act stupid in public. There are plenty of white people who act like idiots in public just as there are blacks who do the same.
Often the thing that shapes a kid up is a job or military service. Many kids will end up committing crimes unless they start learning responsibility and what it means to work for something.
The problem with the inner cities is that there is much less opportunity, many fewer jobs. These kids may not have parents who provide transportation or even help them in a job search. Once they turn to serious crime which is where boredom leads, then it can be too late.
You mean to tell me that black teenagers cut up and act a fool just like white teenagers do? Le gasp! Next thing you know, you'll be telling us that some blacks do well in school, just like some whites do, and some whites do as poorly in school as some black do! Black teenagers with human traits! Holy cow!!!
LOL Just about as much as my friends and I did. The kids today do it differently is all. Yep lots of blacks do well in school. Some chose not to. Just like me. I hated school. I needed to be outside having fun. My spelling reflects my lack of dedication to studies.

I had a black sup in the Navy. He told a story about 1 time he and his friends climbed a fence to steal coco-cola returnable bottles. They got caught and arrested.
His parents arrived in their nastey azz green plymouth station wagon...
He was released to his parents. He would rather have stayed in jail at this point.
They got in the car and they made him sit in the front in the middle. They took turns beating him all the way home.
My story: Me and my friends were snowballing cars and buses. We got caught. Taken to the police station.

The point? People are people.

My friends and I still argue fiercely about which ethnicity gives the worse whuppins. Last I remember, the Italians were giving the Puerto Ricans a run for their money. We've also argued about who makes the worse porn, and that was Germany by a hair over the Japanese.
