as long as it doesn't have to do with impeachment, most federal, but not state, crimes are fair game for pardoning.

You don't WANT him to be pardoned, that is more like it.
The fact that he murdered someone isn't really debatable,

The left has had blood on its hands since the early 70s supporting abortion.

We hold our American soldiers to a higher standard of conduct than to take the law into their own hands and execute people who are not even armed, and who was being released because there was no evidence he had any involvement in any crime.

More of that "law and order" I keep hearing about from the GOP.

Laws only count when they agree with them.

A pardon does not, however, erase the fact that an individual was convicted of a crime.

The president “shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.” So as long as it doesn't have to do with impeachment, most federal, but not state, crimes are fair game for pardoning.
No one said he couldn't pardon.

I'm saying ~ I don't agree with the pardon and that is my opinion to have.

Do we really need more verbal drive by shootings ?

We have a specific case to examine and can go into some depth on the issue.

To the people who hold this man up as a soldier, some soldier he is. Two shots to a defenseless, naked man, who had no reason to attack him, he was going home. This was a hit job, pure and simple, and the military saw it for what it was...……..Trump did not.

If the roles had been reversed, and one of them would have done this to one or ours, there would be a yuge outcry from Trump. He is doing this for political points, nothing more.

Seriously

Plus, if you are willingly in a war zone then expect bullets to fly, bombs to drop.
