Anyone know where I can buy Binkies in bunk to send to house Democrats?
The only tantrums being thrown are by the Trumpers on here. Some of you are being really obtuse.

This admin is trying to eliminate the checks and balances.

Donald Trump and his administration has been the worst thing to happen to this country since September 11, 2001!

Ranking member Collins makes it clear that Nadler has screwed up with his subpoena.

One the court won't over look in regards to asking for the full report including 6 E material.
The court doesn't care what the intent of Nadler was. It has to deal with what the documents says.
Nadler is simply as incompetent as he was with Candice Owens, a non lawyer, in a previous hearing, and is proving he hasn't improved or learned anything.

What part of "it is ILLEGAL to release grand jury testimony" dont you understand? Nadler is asking Barr to commit an illegal act.

Yeah right. Just like the other hundreds of other leaks that have come out of this Investigation.

You can't leak what you don't know.

Another decision for the SC, to overturn the impeachment.(It is political, not lawful)

The point is it's not illegal for Congress to see the unredacted report. Besides, Trump himself was all for releasing the entire report just a week or so ago. What changed?

Just giving the Grand Jury Testimony or ANY information that did not result in an Indictment - to any member of Congress is a violation of US Law. Any member of Congress is welcome to petition the Federal Court to open that Grand Jury proceeding .... Nadler doesn't want to do that, he is attempting to force AG Barr to go to the Court.

This is Blackmail and Coercion at its core. Nadler KNOWS he is going to fail at a Court Hearing, he hopes that Barr might succeed. It's doesn't matter what Congress might promise about Secrecy, the Law says "sealed", not "sealed" if you cross your heart and promise not to "tell".
