What a simple but important idea. Let's hope Congress stops trying to destroy our President in their charade and actually do something to help American citizens for a change.

The first fifteen minutes is about medical issues including two unbelievable stories from former patients. Actually, you've probably experienced the same things.

Then the rest of the video turns into an impromptu presser which is actually very interesting because they cover a lot of different topics, including the Mueller Report, Don Jr, China trade deal, the economy, Iran.

Read some of the comments below that video. Shocking, frustrating and even funny --

a woman gave birth to a baby girl. When the bill came, she was charged for a circumcision!

Thank you for posting this. President Trump continues to lengthen his lead over all other Presidents we've seen in our lifetimes, doing great things for average Americans every day.

This is exactly the kind of thing we really need on healthcare - a direct attack on the unlimited blank check billing that is everyday practice by the medical cartel. I've been through it personally for the last year and it is beyond outrageous what is happening. What other President has ever gotten involved like this in the nuts and bolts of what is a monumental problem for average people and struck right at its source? Obama's answer was to shake down every last man, woman, and child for more $$ to guarantee an uninterrupted flow of gushing cash to the cartel, protecting their blank check pillaging. Trump aims to actually solve the problem by bringing the industry larceny to a screeching halt.

He's doing an amazing job as President, as we knew he would.

This is long over due.

What other industry do you have sign permission to be billed an unknown amount, possibly in the hundreds of thousands, in order to get service?

Just mandatory pricing disclosure in prescription drug advertising is a huge plus.

This is the third active thread on this topic.

The states have primary authority over insurers licensed in their state. This was true before the ACA and remains true today.

“ Surprise” out of network balance billing has been going on for at least 25 years.

Why have some/ most states allowed insurers to create networks with hospitals that use out of network providers?

It will be up to Congress to decide. We know with certainty, McConnell/ Senate had no intention of making anything Healthcare a priority before the election.

Big Pharma will likely push back on disclosures because most folk don’t pay retail. There are endless variables with the price paid by the end consumer.
