I did learn one thing from the article:

1925?! I had no idea Jewish domination of that institution went back so far.
Jews did not dominate Harvard in 1925. But they were a large enough group that they threatened the WASP domination of the institution. Harvard limited the Jewish population in the following decades.

The Ivies have long resisted domination by academic capability. Decades ago my mother was President of the PTA at Bronx Science. The issue was well joined then. In fact it was common knowledge that only the top few percent at Bronx had any chance in the Ivies. In fact the advice generally was not to waste effort applying. Better the land grant universities or other lesser schools. The population at Bronx Science in those days was well over 50% Jewish and Asian. Even higher today.

OK, dominate was the wrong word, but at 25% from a group that was perhaps 2% of the population they were extremely overrepresented, even 94 years ago.

Slightly, but according to that article Jews remained at least 15% of Harvard.

The percentage of Jewish professors in the Ivies is even higher than students, and has been for a long time. Given the long history of a very large Jewish presence in these schools it's amazing to see that the downtrodden minority mindset has persisted.

Do not kid yourself. If not for limits by the ivies the top NYC high schools would dominate them all. Probably a third or more of each. Those schools are a collection of the best educated with the best. I would expect the Jews and Asians to be over half in each school.

And the last numbers I saw from Hilel indicated all above 13% with Yale at twice that.
