Family patriarch, Joe Ricketts’ racist and Islamaphobe emails were previously exposed and a source of family embarrassment. His adult children have been clear to separate themselves from their father’s words. Reportedly, senior management interviewed the gesturer and concluded the intention of his gesture was signally.
