The Women’s Liberation Front (WoLF) and Concerned Women for America (CWA) recently joined hands to oppose the misnamed and insidious Equality Act.
...
The Equality Act just passed the House Judiciary Committee last week, and it threatens to erase protections for women — protections that benefit women and society as a whole. Legislative and policy “reforms” proposed in this dangerous bill will lead to blatant violations of our safety, privacy, and dignity.
Under this bill, men and boys will take away women’s small business grants and hard-won spots on sports teams; they will be allowed to live in women’s domestic violence shelters and use our locker rooms. And united as women, we are just not going to stand for it.
In other words... men claiming to be women. How come they don't use the term trans-gendered when describing this?
At the center of the controversy, Colleen Francis, a 45-year-old student at Olympia's Evergreen College who identifies as a woman but with male genitalia, says she has a right to use the facilities and the school agrees.
'The college cannot discriminate based on the basis of gender identity,' Evergreen Spokesman Jason Wettstein told KOMO. 'Gender identity is one of the protected things in discrimination law in this state.'
...
'[A mother] reported her daughter was upset because she observed a person at the women's locker room naked and displaying male genitalia,' a police report filed by a 17-year-old's mother in September read.
...
The college retorts that they're only following state law and have since put up privacy curtains for the women who may feel uncomfortable.
'This is not 1959 Alabama. We don't call the police for drinking from the wrong water fountain,' Ms Francis, the student at the heart of the issue, spoke out to KIRO.
The fact that this deviancy is equated with what black folk went through in the past is at best troubling. At worst, it is satanic.
In situations like this, I think the right to safety for biological women should defeat the right for a trans person to use a woman's bathroom. They do have gender-neutral bathrooms in many places.

OK, so we want to keep men out of women's locker rooms?
Do we now want to keep female reporters out of men's locker rooms, or is that still "different"?
End this nonsense once and for all.
Remove all urinals from all bathrooms across the globe.
Pass a bill requiring all males to urinate only while sitting down.
In situations like this, I think the right to safety for biological women should defeat the right for a trans person to use a woman's bathroom. They do have gender-neutral bathrooms in many places.
Displaying male naked genitalia to underage girls... do you really need to search for a principle? ...?
Not my idea, but it is presented by the left as necessary for equality.
For the record, I don't think any man should be in a women's locker room, regardless of how they feel about themselves.
I also don't believe that female reporters should be allowed into a men's locker room, but we made a special rule for them.
So, the question becomes, why is an equivalent act of intrusion OK in one case but not the other?
Women good, men bad?
