Trump's trade war is a disaster.

He wants to borrow money to prop up his failed trade war. Meanwhile, US farmers, dairy producers and small manufacturers are all hurting badly.

"Farmers are Losing Patience with Donald Trump over Trade War" -- Newsweek

Farmers in 16 mostly Midwestern states that account for about half of all U.S. agricultural sales have filed for bankruptcy in numbers not seen in 10 years, the Wall Street Journal reported on February 6.

I wonder if in the very long term this will help low cost seekers to locate to countries other than China.

So which is it?

The left has told us that trillions in new deficit spending was not a problem, when it was for the green new deal, or for free college, or free health care, or free minimum annual income.

however, when a mere $15 billion goes to farmers growing food, that is a crisis, and something the left is concerned about?

Yes, I am angry that the people who voted this idiot into office can get bailed out when he makes stupid decisions. Mere $15 billion? What about living on the government teat? Guess it's a problem until it affects them. The hypocrisy is stunning. Government bailouts, i.e., so-called "socialism" at its finest. SMDH.

War costs money. At least no one is dying, unlike previous wars.

Trump's Failed Trade War: He Seeks $15 Billion More for Farmer Bailouts

He should have thought of this before he gave himself and his cronies those big tax breaks. The coffers are empty.

Hahahahahahahaha

The farm program was created by FDR 80 years ago and used by every President since, including Obama.

This is nonsense being parroted from the Huffington Post & "Madame President" Newsweek.
