Hard to imagine why a tiny place of 7 million with hordes or billionaires and atomic weapons is "our most critical ally".
When things like that are printed, I stop reading and watching.
They are far from our most important or critical ally. But I guess if they want American youth to die for them and our taxpayers to give more money (even tho they have a massive number of billionaires as citizens).....that's a good line.
You'd think some billionaires could just each pledge a couple 100 million a year....if they need more war, hire some mercenaries...plenty to be found.
It will be a sad day when multitudes of American youth die for Israel. Some would say it has already happened (Iraq)......

Well, yeah. And many aren't counted.....Sheldon is worth 36 Billion alone and he is American but forces our foreign policy (see - he doesn't want to spend HIS money, it's easier to buy Trump and other Pols and then spend Tax money)......
There are many other US Billionaires who are Jewish and strongly support Israel.
How many Palestinians are Billionaires? How many Syrians? How many Iraqis?

So there you have it. Isreal is vastly richer. Why does a guy like Sheldon need 40 billion? He's old....yet the money is still pouring in. He could easily give 2 or 3 Billion each year to Israel...that is ONE PERSON.
That's a lot of money. To give you some idea, that sum would EASILY support an entire nuclear weapons program.

Are you suggesting that the working man in the USA is more able to part with money than, say, those Americans and Israelis who support Israel with Net Worths above 500 million?
That seems unfair to me. We can't even pay our own bills.
I'm Jewish BTW. Which means I know how to count. It's unpatriotic for the USA to indebt our children so Sheldon can have 40 Billion as opposed to 10 or 20.
Sharing technology both ways is probably a good thing...that's support. But money? Ridiculous.
Because when Statehood was announced, the majority of the non Jewish population fled to neighboring countries (where they weren't wanted and are still not wanted. Israel accepted everyone)
