Furthermore, way too many college grads are entering the work force, in the real world, and many of them are struggling to make the transition into reality.

The funny, yet sad thing is that she paid to be brainwashed AND to be arrested AND to be on the internet, in a negative way... Where I work, they do check your digital footprint and if it's negative, they will pass on that person since they're rightfully seen as a risk.

My daughter had a friend that was part of the Occupy Seattle movement years ago and was foolish enough to use her real name during an interview with a reporter... This person applied where I worked, in my former career, and basically met all the qualifications for an entry level position, which moves up into a six figure position in four years, but never made it pass the first interview, which she said she did very well and received positive feedback, but that was that and never received a job offer. I told my daughter that they most likely googled her name and that radical Occupy Seattle article popped up, which would be a show stopper in most corperate jobs. To end this long story, my daughter's friend told her that she was going to sue my place of employment for "not being fair" for not giving her a chance and that my employers must be racist as well.

Point of this story is if you're young and stupid, you might end up paying a price once you attempt enter the "big people" professional world for actions that you clearly did not clearly think all the way through... A big failure in both critical thinking and emotional intelligence departments.

Sound advice for youngsters. Today's actions can have unforeseen consequences in the future.

I think the most telling part of this is that she has no concept that stealing is against the law.

She doesn't think she stole anything. Even though she grabbed it, walked away, ignored requests for it to be returned.

It really is stunning, the lack of basic common sense some college age people have.

Her entire group doesn't have to go to the same extremes as her in order to share the same mindset that led to her actions.

It could've been worse. This snowflake could have punched out the pro-lifer, as another crazed UNC student did recently.

I'm going to do what the OP is doing. Paint all Righties with the same broad brush. All actively posting righties seem to have the left completely wrapped up and defined. The actions of one, define the thoughts and motives of all who are on the left.

Righties LOVE to use the word "Snowflake" while being the biggest snowflakes of all. I've never seen whining equal to right wing whining about left wing whining.

Speaking of private property, who owns the property where this incident took place?

This abortion issue will never be resolved because when does life begin is a religious issue.

Life begins for some at conception, others at quickening, others think when the soul enters the body at birth.

The man she stole the sign from? It was his. So that's what made it stealing.

How many leftists feel that, if they believe they are doing "right" according to whatever talking point someone announced that week, then normal laws don't apply to them?

Perhaps they are waiting for some Jim Comey lookalike to pop up and tell everybody that, yes, she committed a crime, but no prosecutor would ever charge her for it, therefore she shouldn't be held to account and can go free?

Or is she used to hearing from elected Congressmen that it's OK to harass people in restaurants if you disagree with them, protest noisily outside their homes, hassle them where they work, and that's OK?

I wonder if any of her college professors ever told her that if she stole things from pro-life people, she's contributing to "the greater good" or something, and that this made her a hero instead of a criminal?

Indeed. Saying someone WANTS to murder her child in the womb, is different from saying she HAS THE RIGHT to murder her child in the womb even if she doesn't want to commit the act right now.

Thanks for making that point. I understand now.

If we eliminate uncomfortable descriptions of a crime, there can be no crime.

I wouldn't call any student doing that as "crazed." What did all of you do when you were younger? LOL.
