About two-thirds of Americans think that we should have free college education for anybody intellectually capable of attending, and free trade schools as well — like pretty much every other developed country in the world (and quite a few of the developing countries). Republicans tell us that we can’t use government funds to pay off our nation’s $1.5 trillion in student debt because we just borrowed that exact amount last year to give tax rebates to billionaires, so there’s nothing left. We’re just not smart enough to fix the problem.
Christianity is a "scourge" on America!!? Since when? America has always been a Christian nation. If you don't want to live this way, then you should not be here. I think that is the problem this country is facing today. People are trying to change America to what they want it to represent instead of moving to a Country that shares their beliefs.
Many problems with this, but the two most glaring are the fact that the Constitution never mentions Christianity, Jesus, God, Bible, or anything like that and also the fundamentalists in the South don't represent all American Christians. Southern Baptists want to force all 300 million Americans to live by their rules and conform to their social norms. That is tyranny of the minority.
How the Republicans in Congress and the White House brainwashed ordinary blue collar Americans into believing they represent them and not the 1% business and social elites who own and control just about everything in this country is one of the greatest con jobs in our political history.

Taxes are grossly too high and way too skewed against the working rich and too many people aren't carrying their own weight (bottom 40-50% of workers.
Wages are determined by supply and demand, as are all commodities and SERVICES - well except for improperly outside manipulation in the form of ill-advised "minimum wages".
The environment is doing well. Global warming has resulted in mankind's growing prosperity, including agriculture and, recently, the Industrial Revolution. Yes, global warming resulted IN, Not from, the Industrial Revolution.

I love posts where people start by claiming to be moderate (presumably to try to establish credibility) but then go on to espouse their dogged belief the most hardcore of inaccurate partisan talking points.

Infanticide? No... Definition below. To be an infant, thus eligible to be called infanticide, one has be born,
and right at a month old, according to what I can find. First 28 days is considered "newborn". But sure, keep using inaccurate terms to try to make your point. Only proves what we already know about you forced-birthers.
