Can someone link to some specific bill or trade agreement that makes a homeless person or someone with an employment gap eligible for employment?

I keep hearing in public and seeing on certain media how the country has improved. How is it so for any one person who was homeless or "unemployable" before his office? What made any one employer start hiring people they formerly refused to?

No President and or legislation is going make people who DO NOT want to work suddenly want to work.

Absolutely true. And paying them to stay home only encourages them.

Best you can do for them is treatment for mental illness and/or drug treatment. All government can do is remove barriers that encourage investment and employment. We do have the lowest unemployment that we've had in 50 years so that's not bad.

What does "DO NOT want to work" have to do with someone being unemployable? If someone applies where you work and you turn them away it's not because they refuse to earn money..

They don't need a trade agreement to be eligible to work. They are already eligible to work.

Some people like taking drugs and partying with their friends all day. Dog owners have to clean up after their dogs or get fined. Bums can poop anywhere in front of anyone. Cool, huh?

oh this is easy. it stops liberals from making laws. it stops a liberal president from using executive orders.

those things alone protect Americans.

Just look at the great progressive cities like SANFRAN that are teeming with human poop and used needles.

liberalism causes third world realities. Just not being a liberal saves a country.

Awkward or quiet personality, wrong clothes, too many tattoos, criminal record, no verifiable address, no car, employment gap etc.. etc..

Not everyone who is working-poor or homeless simply refuses to work or refuses to get a higher paying job..

Don't worry I know that line is used by the "left" just as much as the "right", though.. As the homeless take over entire US states..
