420 years ago. In 1599, the last time a woman has been charged for aborting her own baby.
Having someone else do it, has been murder up until the modern age of Satanism.
People are still charged and sent to prison even today, the penalty in Britain for abortion at one time was even the death penalty.
The Laws gradually changed, however women often went to illegal abortionists, who had little medical knowledge, and in Britain in the early 20th century 15% of women who had illegal abortions died as a result.
A child born out of wedlock at the time was seen as a sin, and women were often sent to launderies or to mental institutions where they remaned for the rest of their lives.
In 1967 Britain changed the law and allowed properly supervised regulated abortions, whilst the US followed suit in 1973 following Roe v Wade.

Maybe the last time a woman has been charged. But it's not the last time anyone was charged.
In December 2002 Laci Peterson (age 27, 7 months pregnant) was murdered. Her husband Scott was tried and found guilty of two counts of murder - one for Laci and one for her unborn baby Connor.
Authorities were unable to determine exactly how Laci died, but her body was found decapitated and dismembered. They determined that the unborn baby Connor had died in the womb, as a direct result of Laci's death.
Many liberals and abortion advocates protested the count of murder for the unborn baby. It was striking a little too close to home for them.
Anti-abortion people commented that, if Scott Peterson has used a scalpel and a suction machine rather than whatever weapon he did use, while displaying an M.D. degree on his wall, he wouldn't have been charged with murdering his unborn son at all.
The Laci Peterson murder involved a viable fetus. Big difference. Roe vs Wade decision specifically says that it does not apply to the termination of a pregnancy with a viable fetus.
I should have been more specific. On this side of the big pond.
Women did it themselves in the secrecy of their own homes. No one was punished for miscarriage.
Yeah and congratulations to the ring wing fundamentalists because this is exactly what it will return to.
So what are you saying? We're turning the clock back to 1599?
What's next? Burning witches?
There's no such thing as Satan BTW. Only believed by people that forgot to grow up.
They didn't have wire clothes hangers in 1599, and a miscarriage was not illegal.
