good or bad idea. Seems like a good idea for lawyers and lawsuit happy women

Does Kamala know? There is already a law. It is already illegal for a man doing the same job as an employee, to make a greater wage than a woman performing up to the same quality and standards as the male.

If I have an employee, no mater what their gender, that out performs all my other employees, they are going to be making more than the slackers, just killing time for a pay check.
New hires are in no way going to be making what my well seasoned and experienced employees do.
The Marxist visions of Kamala... Highlighted!

Now if you tell me that Fred the ME with a BSME who works 45 hours a week and has 10 years experience makes more than Lisa the ME with a BSME who works 45 hours a week and has 10 years experience I will agree.

What if one of them is simply better at their job or all MEs with the same degree and hours worked inherently equivalent in the quality of their work?

why don't all the democratic presidential candidates get real and admit they want America's institutions and businesses to completely eradicate rewards for individual effort and merit?

I wish they would.

Kamala Harris is flailing at the polls.

She will throw out one outrageous statement after another ( and some are already laws, but her low IQ followers think it is the next best thing since sliced bread) to see which will stick and help her gain publicity and traction.

Equal pay for equal work is fine. All things being equal there shouldn't be a pay difference between men and women.

There is no wage differential in favor of men, and when broken down, women on average make more than men, but why would a career politician seeking the female vote know or admit to such a thing

Kamala's got half ton chips on both shoulders. Hillary does, too, but at least she made a half-axxed attempt to show that she knows it's politically unbecoming.

Harris' own father has trashed her in the media. What a piece of work.

She’s becoming more unhinged as she goes down in flames.

Personally, I’m very surprised. I figured the combination of being black, woman, and offering free stuff was the quickest way to a Democrat heart....

I can't stand Trump so I'll probably vote Democratic in 2020. But there are some Dems that I would never vote for: Bernie Sanders, Elisabeth Warren, and Kamala Harris. I'll vote Libertarian before I vote for a raving leftist. Trump is a paper tiger. Should be easy pickings. But I'm starting to think that the Dems will find a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
