Oversight of WHAT, exactly? It's a fishing expedition.
There were four independent reasons given as to why the request “pertains” to Congressional Constitutional power. It’s all explained in the decision, should you choose to read it instead of just flailing about.

In other words, Congress gave no specific reason why the subpoena was needed and the Obama judge didn't need one. Shocking.
The 7-day language is at the end of the decision itself. The court said it would not grant Trump’s request for a stay beyond the 7-day return “agreed upon by the parties.”
Technically, it’s not a judicial “stay” so much as an observation that Trump already has 7 days to appeal by stipulation. But I’m not getting into that level of nuance with someone arguing that Trump “won’t comply with the judge’s stay.” The best chance at establishing a common ground with itshim is to point out that noncompliance with the “stay” is not an option, because sitting back doesn’t benefit Trump in this context. The subpoena isn’t even directed at a Trump. Trump’s only legal option is to appeal and get the higher court to issue a stay before Mazars turns over the records.
Boy yall are sure gonna be dissapointed when NOTHING gets turned over to the enemies of America in congress aka the democrat party. Amazing we are FIVE MONTHS IN and they have done NOTHING they ran on in 2018....hilarious. More interested in continuing to whine about why they lost in 2016 and to oblivious to realize they are gonna lose again in 2020 if they keep this crap up.
Mehta said Mazars has seven days to comply with the subpoena.

Guess you missed the little speech by Chief Justice Roberts when he said they were Obama judges, or Trump judges or Bush judges. But anyone who doesn't rule the way you want is automatically the enemy. Funny how that happens.
"It is simply not fathomable that a Constitution that grants Congress the power to remove a President for reasons including criminal behavior would deny Congress the power to investigate him for unlawful conduct — past or present — even without formally opening an impeachment inquiry,"

You just described the president perfectly.
