I would like to think this might give conservatives a moment of pause, especially Trump supporters, but as with most things Trump, supporters seem to have lost their judgement compass...

“What’s going on with Fox by the way? What’s going on there?” Trump asked his supporters in Montoursville, northern Pennsylvania.

“Someone’s going to have to explain the whole Fox deal to me.”

Some of the crowd booed, a sort of Pavlovian response to Trump criticizing something or someone. But others looked confused. Could Trump really be attacking Fox News?

They hypocrisy seems to be growing exponentially from every direction...

Trump v Fox News?

Trump obviously feels entitled to deference from the Murdochs. It's kinda sorta funny.

Trump is v anything that exposes him for the lying con man he is. As long as a news organization kisses his orange arse, he's fine with it.

Watching our head of state work so hard to influence the media is "kinda sorta funny" when it comes to how Trump tries to do it, but from a political standpoint it's kinda sorta scary this is happening in America the way it is...

Trump isn't even criticizing Fox News for criticizing him...he's criticizing them for having Democrats & town halls.

That's pathetic.

Since for Trump the arse-kissing news organization pretty well boils down to just one, Fox News, so I can easily understand Trump's reaction when even Fox News allows a glimmer of breaking from lap dog loyalty. Easily understood given Trump's lack of leadership qualities. What we get in spades given Trump's lack of leadership qualities...

Fox has been steadily drifting leftward under new management.

It is not Trump v. Fox News that matters.

It is Trump vs. the Truth.

Shame on Rupert Murdoch for selling off most of the Fox Empire, for the USDOJ permitting a semi-monopoly, and Disney for buying. 1000s of lay-offs are not worth it. Uncle Walt and film producer William Fox would not approve of this merger.
