I don't give a **** if you're carrying or not. Unless you're stupid enough to put a loaded gun under the car seat where due to the moving of the car the gun is jostled out to the floor of the back seat where your kid picks it up and accidentally shoots somebody (or did the kid shoot himself, or herself?, I forget) Then you really shouldn't be any where near a gun.
