Not all of his minions....who in their right mind would turn to Sanders -- who is perceived to be one of the biggest liars in his administration and there's hard evidence to prove it -- for back up.
He's that incompetent, ignorant, naive, out of touch, unaware, simple minded...that he could not see how ridiculous that is to most Americans.
There's is actually a proposed Act of Congress whose acronym is STABLE GENIUS. This act would require presidential candidates to have a medical exam and publicly disclose the results before the general election.

Trump is trolling Pelosi daring her to impeach... Democrats have painted themselves into a lose-lose corner.
In th first place, Pelosi is a powerful woman and Trump is frightened of her or just can't deal with the concept. All she has to do is snap her fingers and impeachment hearings would commence. Right now she's blocking it. Secondly, she doesn't flinch or react to his BS and keeps a steady course -- he can't bully her.

I think she is in complete control. She's letting the process play out. Why should she impeach when it would go nowhere in the Senate, when she can wait for Barr to release the docs they need, and the courts to rule in their favor? She knows exactly what she's doing, much to Trump's chagrin.
