That is what I was thinking. The guys showed up to either collect money or drugs and the 20 year old decide to not pay and shot and killed them. My guess is that he is now a marked man by the dead men's friends.
Yeah there is more to this story than has been told. This wasn't your run of the mill burglary when 5 Armed men try to break into your house and you're armed with a AK-47.
I suspect the homeowner isn't your average Joe just trying to protect himself.
If the suspects are no longer and leave your property, unless they are attacking another property and its owners, this is where I see and can agree with criminal charges being used on our "hero".
All ths talk abut fake news and biased media and we get a story from Concealed Nation. A quck glance does not yield any names of suspects or the resident. Names could be used to seach the internet for more reliable sources.
I've got no beef with folks defending their home and property by any means necessary. The home owner here should not have shot up his own neighborhood and thereby put more people at danger as the home invaders ran away. I suspect there is more to the story and as is often the case, this guy will not be looked upon as a heroic defender of life, liberty, etc. for long.
Hopefully the other 2 end up in prison where they belong. I would probably get the hell out of there though. You probably in the wrong neighborhood to begin with if this is the type of stuff you have to be wary of. You know how it is with thugs who do this type of stuff in the first place...they will see this as a declaration of war and will want to revenge-kill this guy. He should disappear if he's smart.
Unfortunately you're right, the thugs that survived will most likely go to prison, but they probably have friends on the streets who will be out for revenge on this guy.

It depends, if you convince the authorities that you were protecting a neighbor, you are good to go, at least here you would be.
