I've followed both the news and current events for many decades and it seems there were a LOT fewer jokes at high levels formerly.

They showed both videos on several of the news channels side by side, it appears to be slowed down in the doctored video. The White House has not denied that it was doctored.
I've seen them side-by-side and they seem fine. Why don;t you post them & let's judge for ourselves?
