The poll is not representative of anything when it doesn't even include all the other westernized countries.

Your list doesn't even include any part of Australasia, so it doesn't even fulfill 'each part of the world'

It's a purely biased poll in which you want to the USA to come out top.
Which, let's face it would be biased anyway even if presented with the facts, since the majority of respondents will be American

Haters are just upset because the US is winning. The East is represented by three countries on that list. No one cares about Australia.
