The part that confuses me is Iran is bad because they sponsor terrorist. But 9-11 was sponsored by Saudis and we sell them lots of weapons.

Dont expect it to make any real sense. The tribalist attitude has them repeat everything they hear from the tribe leaders.

During the anti-Soviet jihad Bin Laden and his fighters received American and Saudi funding.

We did that already when we used Iraq as a proxy. They failed miserably. The Iranians aren’t dumb. They smelled a rat and defended their nation accordingly at GREAT cost, and they didn’t falter. They held firm.

No regional power can take down Iran. They’re too formidable, too big, too populous, too mountainous, too proud and too dedicated in the patriotic Persian ideal. They know who they are as a people. They aren’t gonna be taken down a peg by Arabs.

If you want something done, you should put in your own work. I live by that rule. If the United States can’t take down Iran (and we can’t), we should leave it alone.

It was not sponsored by SA. SA allows for no political conversation within it's country. The group of Saudi's were a bunch of bored rich kids who had worthless degrees (none of them actually worked in the field that they had degrees in). There is/was no social life in SA. They wanted their 15 minutes of fame and their 72 virgins each.

Meanwhile Saudi citizens have killed people in this country and the Saudi government sends money to bail them out and fly them home before we can prosecute them.

We have no extradition treaty with the Saudis to get those criminals back. Nice ally.

The FBI has rebuffed a formal request from Oregon’s senior U.S. senator and won’t turn over information it might have about a growing number of cases where students from Saudi Arabia vanished while facing criminal charges around the country.

A war with Iran would make the war with Iraq look like a cake walk. Just look at the size and terrain of it alone.

If Trump feels he’s about to lose the election I bet he’ll launch a war to try and rally support around him.
