That is really the best the ostensible president* of the United States can come up with. Sad. Bigly sad.

Wow--someone actually sticking up for himself? What a novel concept

How classy. The trumpster dumpsters lap it up like it's their last meal. How far the discourse has fallen.

Let's hope this uncouth criminal is rotting in a jail cell in 2021!!!

Politicians are generally nasty and horrible. He needs to do better than stating the obvious.

Insulting people is supposed to be Trump's strong suit. And he's not even very good at that. I've heard better insults on the playground back in 5th grade.

The longer the President is distracted by Pelosi, the more Pelosi wins. There is power in words, and evoking her name as much as he does means he is transferring power to her. In fact without Trump's rants we would only hear from her once a month at most. Congressional squabbling outside of a big bill or debt limit gets little coverage, Trump is giving them a stage.

Like many things if Trump went on with his business instead if attacking every little thing, his coverage would be much more positive. And it would make opponents seems small for the constant attack, but that seems to be impossible for him.

ON foreign soil on sacred ground with all those crosses behind him he criticizes Americans, including a decorated veteran.

In addition to lashing out at the Speaker of the House, against the backdrop of a cemetery where nearly 10,000 American war dead are buried, Trump also called Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer a “jerk” and former special counsel, a decorated war veteran, Robert S. Mueller III a “fool.” Everyone is a disaster, a jerk or a fool to the stable genius. Trump has this amazing ability to describe others with precisely his most notable characteristics. This man does not belong on any stage, let alone the world's. Why anyone still thinks our emperor has clothes, is beyond comprehension.

On the other hand we have Ms.Pelosi on the same hallowed ground, during an interview on the same day stating she would rather not criticize Trump while she is out of the country.

Hmmmmm let's see. Who appears to be the real statesman and patriot?

I know what I think every time I see that word, "collective", used on this thread. Anyone else?

Oh.....the outrage !!!

Trump defends himself …………..oh the outrage !!!

Trump is interviewed and answers question truthfully and directly...………...oh the outrage !!!

I wonder why people ask Trump questions if they don't want an answer. They could ask any other politician and get that !!! They speak for 5 minuets after a question and never give an answer !!!
