This is called being an adult and dealing with an issue that is of utmost importance: Carbon emissions.

Trumpers have long since forgotten how to act like adults or caring for future generations.

Kudos to Sen. Romney.

Its an excuse to take over the economy, so of course power junkies like Mittens will endorse it.
Once one recognizes the fact that the largest corporation in the US is its federal govt. it all makes sense.

Taxing air is stupid. Solves nothing but lines the pockets of politicians.

It hits the lower classes harder than the upper ones. That is an ideal tax for Romney. Look at his history at Bain doing bust outs like at Worldwide Grinding. IE. Screw the little guy.

The POOR and Middle Income Earner will get KILLED by Carbon Taxes as it will make all energy and ALL products and services much more expensive. It is a very regressive way to tax.

Hey Romney! Maybe we should tax your Capital Gains at PERSONAL INCOME TAX RATES? How about that you hypocrite! He is more than a RINO he is a traitor.

It's a perfect issue for Romney to hang his hat on.

He'll get to live out his lifelong dream of screwing working Americans and pretend he's doing it for some other reason than simply screwing working Americans.

As long as he doesn't suddenly develop a sense of decency, there really doesn't seem to be a down side for him.

It's hardly only Romney supporting this. You can argue what you are to apply it specifically to Romney but the issue is also much larger than Romney.
