I guess he does not believe in science but he definitely believes in science fiction.

This is a rare moment when I'll actually defend Trump. What he means is that a manned-mission to mars would require a base on the moon to launch from.

With that said, this is pure science fiction at this point.

Agreed, unfortunately worded but I don't think even Trump is dumb enough to think the moon is actually a part of Jupiter.
