I don’t understand if whites are such racists and oppressors why are Nigerians succeeding and surpassing other ethic groups including whites in America .

My theory is that people who immigrate legally are already pre-screened if you will for qualities that predict success: better educations, willingness to follow guidelines and regulations, and the patience and sacrifice required to do things "the right way."
Legal immigrants are generally more successful than the native-born for these reasons.

Nigerians are very goal-oriented hard-working people with STRONG family values. Many of them are devout Christians. Here in Texas it’s very common to see Nigerian couples where the husband works in petroleum engineering and the wife in nursing; two common fields of education for Nigerians. Nigerian nurses by the way are the bomb. They are GREAT in nursing.

Well, crime is much higher in most Latin American countries than in the US and it is much much higher in El Salvador, Honduras, etc.
