Private companies cannot violate people's First Amendment rights because those companies are not the government.

It's curious that conservatives get all bent over entities that are NOT the government choosing to censor content, yet cheer Trump when he tries to stifle news outlets, which IS a violation of those reporters' 1A rights.

Explain why you people still don’t understand the right to free speech?

Only if it is discrimination under the protected classes. This would make right to refuse service illegal.

Right because there are no copyrights or patents on any of those companies...

Your right to free speech prevents government restrictions, not those imposed by private individuals or businesses.

You are free to assemble the talent, venture capital and sponsors necessary to launch, operate and maintain your own platform.

If someone tries to copy it down to the exact pixel, maybe. There are other social media companies past and present that function or functioned like them. People are just complacent and want to get the current companies to change instead of making one that would be more favorable or helping build up smaller ones.

The "hate speech" angle might include the following quotes from the article:
Quote:
Aselbekian provided Big League Politics with several more ludicrous examples of Facebook censorship.

In one post, Aselbekian informed his friends and family that his next deployment date would prevent him from attending a Turning Point: USA event, but noted that he would likely be able to attend the annual CPAC and invited users to make plans to meet him there. This post was also considered spam.

In another post, Aselbekian, himself a Marine, bemoaned the desire of leftists to see transgendered individuals in the military, calling it “mental illness.” This appears to have been considered hate speech by the big tech platform, which said it was removed for “attacking people” based on their “gender or disability.”

Another post was removed with no clear reason, except that he referred to Mark Zuckerberg as “Cuckerberg” and referred to Facebook employees as having “made up genders.”
I have said points on-line or in-person similar to what Aselbekian said, particular the points in the 3rd paragraph of this. I see how those comments can get a post removed. However, if he said nothing that could be seen as racist, sexist, or anti-LGBT, and all he wrote was that the sky is blue, that is where FB is reaching I think. That is unless the thread where he wrote that the sky is blue had some other post that could be seen as offensive.

Naturally, you can't call it FaceBook, Twitter, or YouTube for Idiots. You have to think of your own name.

But there are online forums for conservatives.

In fact, you'd think conservatives would all switch to them and quite using FaceBook, Twitter, and YouTube since they are all in a conspiracy against conservatives. That would show 'em all right.
