Biden's behavior around everyone is creepy. It's hard to watch him give a speech or hold a rally. He's just really awkward, I feel embarrassed for him.

IMHO, Joe Biden doesn't understand personal space and likes the attention of women.

Although he seems a bit creepy, I don't believe it's an intentional thing with him. He's a bit clueless.

His policies bother me.

Sure, it would be awkward if he was a guest at your pool party, but I don't see him as a sexual predator or anything.

I know a few people like that. Very touchy and poor sense of personal space. I don't think they have nefarious intentions, but I can only tolerate people like that in very small doses, otherwise I will end up telling them to back off and quit touching me.
