1. Zogby poll
2. Outlier
3. A little of both

Take your pick

Look for confirmation from other polls and other pollsters before buying it.

It was a surprising finding, but one that Pollan simply attributed to a "recent Zogby Poll." When Pollan's article came out, you can only imagine the celebration at the Doris Day Animal League, a group dedicated to establishing legal rights for chimpanzees....By hiring the renowned pollster John Zogby, the group had essentially purchased an objective fact, one that entered into the conventional wisdom via the nation's leading Sunday magazine.

Early days kids....early days.

Ya a C from 538 who BLEW the 2016 election while zogby got it right....LOL.

How did 538 blow the election? They are basically a site that averages across polls. And a few weeks prior to the election Nate Silver actually posted an item explaining Clinton was within one statistical anomaly of loosing because of both the closeness of the polls and neither candidates ability to clear meaningful thresholds- such as 50% or outside margin of error leads.

At any rate- as with all polls- lets see if other polls trend in this direction. And lets see if this poll itself replicates these results in another month. Then we cans also look at this as either in line or an outlier.

The Zogby article about 2016 basically said the polls were correct- it was user error that caused people to not see what they were reading.

Which means nothing since they use polls that oversample leftists and undersample Americans.
