I take the opposite view. I want all leadership to be Republican white males. They are more fair to out-groups than out-groups are fair to whites, and males. Not to mention America was a white country that you can't just steal away by hook or crook. I'll support a true conservative non-white leader over a white leftist, but would rather have the genuine thing.
