What ??

TSA allowing illegal migrants to fly without proper documents

The federal agency tasked with overseeing security at transportation hubs has been violating its own policy by allowing migrants who have been released from federal custody onto flights despite not having required documents, according to several Department of Homeland Security officials.

...
A TSA spokesperson initially told the Washington Examiner migrants were allowed to board flights if they could present the document they are given when they apply for asylum. The Notice To Appear, known by DHS as Form I-862, is a paper that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will give to a person who has passed a credible fear screening and will have his or her asylum case decided by a federal judge as many as five years down the road.

TSA said the court order served as the individual’s identification because that person had already gone through a background check while in custody of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, ICE, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

However, a USCIS official said TSA’s knowledge of protocol was wrong and that the latter agency would not provide any type of travel authorization document to a person who has passed a credible fear screening. The official said the NTA has one purpose and that was to tell recipients when to show up for court.

Apparently this has been going on for 6 months now.

What do you do when the government doesn't follow it's own laws? There's absolutely too much of this going on.

...while Americans have to produce proof in the form of "enhanced" licenses before hopping on a flight to a loved one's funeral...

Nice country, this America!

Trump wants illegals to fly, that is why he ordered this and allows it to occur.

Ann Coulter was right.

How do we hold the government more accountable with all the red tape and legal loopholes they have to defend their actions?

You and everyone else should know by now that illegal aliens appear to have more Rights than US Citizens - the government already doesn't follow our Immigration Laws and the Courts certainly don't follow them. I wouldn't be a bit surprised to learn that it's just too "racist" to even check these illegal aliens when they supposedly go through TSA Checkpoints ...... keep in mind that they are now coming from all over the world to Invade the USA.

Quit re-electing them.

Come on now, illegals get a pass often. School districts, with no questions asked, whereas for a legal resident or citizen, they will go all out to make sure you are going to the correct district and one you are not entitled to. College admissions, they get in-state though not even legally in the country, whereas a legal resident or citizen has to actually establish legal residency in the state to get in-state. Sanctuary cities, where there is zero cooperation with the feds if you are an illegal and committed a crime, yet if you are a legal resident or citizen, the first thing they will do is hand you to the feds if wanted by them, they will check if you are on a fed want list.

As long as they’re flying to LA, SanFrancisco, Seattle, or any lib-run sanctuary city, I’m ok with it.

We have to admit that there is a different set of laws for citizens than those for illegal aliens.

Trump is trying to do something and he is falling short thanks to the Dems who see nothing wrong with hosting this special class of people. They are illegally in the country, no papers, we don't even know who they really are but that is ok because someday they might be allowed to vote for a Democrat.

Will we soon be seeing a hijacked plane crash in to a building? How do we know a hardened terrorist from Iran with hatred in his heart and a determination to murder walks across the border, is given asylum and some sham back ground check is done on him and he uses the paperwork to get onto a plane?

What is it going to take for the Dems and America to wake up that this type of immigration cannot be tolerated.
