Yes, it's not unconstitutional to be denied free travel via domestic aviation. I was wrong.

It's not like NYS is just giving drivers licenses to illegal immigrants...oh wait, what's this!?

https://nypost.com/2019/06/17/cuomo-...al-immigrants/

Cuomo signs bill granting driverís licenses to illegal immigrants

"...Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Monday night signed legislation granting driverís licenses to illegal immigrants ó shortly after the controversial measure passed the state Senate...."

The privilege to drive isn't a right, such as say the 2nd Amendment, which is enumerated in the Constitution. The states have every right to ask for documentation to verify citizenship and identity per the federal law, REAL ID Act.

Well, that's one way to fly. The OP is saying that you have a right to be able to fly on commercial flights. Where in the Constitution does it say that?

Yeah, I already admitted my error concerning that; but just as an update, I did it today!

I successfully applied for a REAL ID in NY.

I AGAIN proved that I'm an American citizen.

Proof given was my BC, pay stub, current license, and W-2 tax form for SS#.

The W-2 HAD to be from 2018 if you cannot produce a SS card.

FREEDOM!

Edit to add; it was $80

Just a heads up because the idiots at the state of New York only give out certificate of birth registration rather than birth certificates, you would have to get one for Real ID or a passport. I think both honestly. Why New York does this, perhaps because they are idiots or perhaps they are money grubbing whores. Also the certificates take 15 days to process before they are shipped. Just my experience because I was born there. When I showed up with the certificate of birth registration my mother had at the city clerk office, I was told I didn't have the right paperwork but apparently it was a common enough issue...

It sounds like it took you less time to get it than it took complaining about it.
