Is leftwing Comcast racist as claimed by, Refusing to Carry Black-Owned Network ? SCOTUS will decide !!!

We know democrats are racist but putting that aside is a leftwing company that doesn't cater to a minority group racist ?
Is it a business decision or a outlandish racist conspiracy as the plaintiffs contend ?
Do they have an affirmative action civil rights right to be accepted disregarding any and all business decisions ?
Any leftwing company should have gotten the word by now !!! If they want to stay in the lefts collective they need to be inclusive !!!
A win for the plaintiffs could open up all minority groups, of any kind, to be included in a business even if its not what the business decides is in its interest or face a lawsuit.
How is this different when people claim social media business can set there own rules on what they want to do and how they want to do it ?

Its actually quite a big decision to make and could change the way business is done in the future.

A 5-4 decision or 9 zip ?

Supreme Court to Hear Case Involving Comcast’s Refusal to Carry Black-Owned Network

https://www.theepochtimes.com/suprem...k_2959061.html

The Supreme Court has agreed to consider whether a black television programmer can use civil rights laws to sue the nation’s largest cable TV provider for refusing to do business with him.

What makes Comcast a "leftwing" company? Is it because they have been able to compete in the free markets, which Trump (and his loyalists) hates, to become the largest cable provider in US?

I despise Comcast. They are Far Left, and own NBC and MSNBC which are also Far Left. Their CEO, Brian Roberts is a big Democrat financier and supporter. Comcast just hosted a fundraiser to kick off the Biden campaign a few weeks ago. That being said, why should they be forced to carry any programming they don't want?

What makes FOX a "right-wing" company? Is it because they have been able to compete in the free markets, which the left (and those with TDS) hates, to become most watched cable news provider in US?

Do you have anything to disprove it ? If so make your case !!!

Its stated in the link !!!

Comcast has often aligned with left-wing interest groups and special pleaders.

Then there is this:

https://www.marketwatch.com/story/th...ain-2016-06-16

Comcast employees collectively gave 61% for candidates on the left and 39% for those on the right.

FOX Corporation? Who is calling them right wing? They used to be part of Disney. They just happen to own FOX News channel which I am sure they find profitable, but it is only a small part of their business. Ever heard of FOX Sports? It's business. These companies sell what they find profitable. I am sure Comcast would be happy to make money out of FOX News too.

Comcast owns some channels, but their business it mostly to provide cable (TV and high speed data) service to American homes. Its a business.

You see everything as right vs left, but not everything is.

Yes, a business that is left leaning or leftwing !!! To prove otherwise is all up hill but give it a try or stop deflecting from the topic !!!
Do we really need to define what a business is ?

Your response highlighted in bold above is more central to the question. Comcast decided on profitability as part of their claim. So you would appear to be agreeing with them on that !!! They should have a right to do that as any other company would also !!! No company should be forced to carry dead weight that doesn't enhance their business or brand !!! Its a business decision !!!

Its your claim, so you'd have to prove it, but I already explained that not everything is as right vs left as you clearly think, especially now that the right has abandoned their principles to support their populist leader.

Last I checked, the family that owns Comcast are staunch Republicans.
