The part that worries me, is that the next false flag attack will need to be more severe like a dirty bomb in an American city or something. The people pushing for war with Iran are very evil and getting frustrated we are not at war with them already.
That would be even less believable than the official fairy tale of 9/11, or the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in 1995.

That may not stop them from trying it anyway.

Also, majority of the world is against another war.
The terrorist groups will flood Iran and decimate the country.
We will then hear, that we will need more ground troops to keep the country safe.
We will also hear, we broke it, we need to fix it so 10 plus years we will be there.
Same song and dance as before.

I guess one good thing about a completely incompetent administration is that they are more likely to fail when they try to wag the dog.
Had this been 1950, that report from the tank owners would have been buried and not allowed to reach most people via newspapers.
The internet and light speed communication takes the narrative away from the handlers.

Thank goodness. The internet has no doubt saved us from a bunch of wars.

There's an important lesson for America if we care to pay heed.

Trump is blaming Iran but there is huge skepticism both at home and across the world. And why do so many not believe him? Because he lies every day and he lies about every subject.

You cannot be an effective world leader if you have zero credibility. Integrity is important. Spin and some bias is okay and expected. But constant outright lying does not serve us well.

Hey, he pisses off liberals. To his rabid followers, this is way more important than telling the truth about Iran because his FOX News idol Bolton wants a war. That's just a minor issue.

Yawn. If Hillary was president, we would have already been at war with Iran.

Lol, you seriously think Trump has anything to do with skepticism if this?

The US has a history of lying and spinning regarding foreign affairs.

That is ridiculous, our military is fully capable of invading Iran successfully as long as we send enough resources, which we can do.

In Iraq we did not use 75000 to invade that nation, we sent 200000. That was NOT enough and that is why it took 7 years to win a war that should have taken only a few. Only when we sent more troops (thanks senator McCain) was the war won. Iran is bigger and a more prepared adversary. We would likely need 500000 plus troops to do the job. Leftists like to claim a second rate power like Iran can embarrass us or its “another Vietnam”, they are wrong. Yes, we have the best military in the world and we could beat Iran if we were forced into a war. As far as I can see there is no reason for a full scale war to erupt and one should be avoided if at all possible.

We must all remember that our military was winning in Vietnam, leftist hippies and political leaders lost Vietnam. We shouldn’t have been there but we SHOULD HAVE won that war as well.
We did win Vietnam.
