at least they can still potentially weed them out with background checks. so what exactly does loopy lujan-grisham think she's accomplished besides making employers spend more money?
So a businessman invests his money, his ideas and his plans to start a business. He takes huge loans from the banks that come lots of risk and stress. And then he is forced to higher criminals and druggies to perform the operations?

Don’t complain when the jobs are outsourced.

Well, before the advent of easy BG checks, this is generally how many companies operated, they knew it was easy for an applicant to simply lie on their application, they knew there was no easy to way to verify all that information (especially when it was out of state), but this was the standard practice for decades, BG checks really only started in the mid 90s.

Well to be honest I had hoped that with the defeat of the Clinton machine that would end, but it didn't. It's just toned down a bit.

Obama, Clinton, Kerry and Biden weren't at all shy about involving us in things that weren't our problem. They were even more hungry for war than Bush and Cheney and company. Thats in response to your post not that it has an thing to do with mine or the op.

Felonies that were violent or sex related should always be fair game and employers should have a right to know who or what they are hiring.

What if an employer has child care on site for employees who are parents? Should an employer not have the right to know who is a convicted pedophile?

Should Banks not know who was convicted of embezzlement or armed robbery?

Home security companies. Shouldn't they know if their applicants were arrested for home invasion or burglary ?

Every criminal has violated the trust of their victim, and of society as a whole, since society is also a victim here as well.

Trust, like respect, is not granted freely and must be earned.

Having sat in a prison cell for 15 hours or 15 years is not a reason to trust someone.

Furthermore, many criminals have never once apologized to their victims or society.

How can you possibly trust someone who refuses to acknowledge that what they did was wrong, or constantly blames others for their short-comings or refuses to apologize to the victim and society?

Not only that, but a criminal who refuses to confess and makes society waste valuable money, time and resources to prosecute them tells me they can never be trusted.
You do know that your ranting of Truth will bruise the liberals' brains? Just so you understand this. Don't expect them to absorb this without some mental anguish.

The mental anguish and brain bruise comes from the fact that liberals are sitting there thinking, employers are looking at potential employees, examining their background, and basing their decisions to not hire said candidates due to their past misdemeanors and crimes... And they're thinkin... Well they're gonna know we're democrats, and they can discriminate us legally! This ain't right! Let's change the laws!

I'm guessing your solution would be to throw them all on an island for life like in Escape From New York......
Nyeah... Or maybe, how about we just stop rewarding bad behavior and continue to reward good?

That you Snake? I thought you were dead! Doiy! I liked Escape from L.A. Way better. It had Peter Fonda, basketball, Tsunamis and surfboards...

The real answer isn't some made up garbage that sounds like it came from a play titled Drama Queens from the Left.

Government once again violating the rights of the property owner. Granted rights are something the criminal element ignores.

Ban the Box does NOT preclude employers from checking criminal history. Where did you hear this nonsense?
