it would. i lived it for several years. 6 blocks away from the most second most extensive railroad switching yards in the world.

Is anyone trespassing in this scenario, violating the autonomy of others? I know free speech does not include respecting the autonomy of others, maybe it should?

If not, why is it okay when it is just a speaker and the microphone is somewhere else?
Can I ring a bell in a religious building that can be heard 6 blocks away?
